What the hell is a pallet party

50-60 in a night or even eighty is possible ONLY if the conditions are perfect...no hot or new items to work out..not pods/ endcaps to move...not covering open areas etc.....and clearing even 50 skids is really hard if you are doing more than just stocking a layer off the top....if you are pulling out a low skid and putting a full one in the run then wrapping or stacking the partial on top of the full one 50 skids is then out of the question....................of course a manager can do 140 skids ..........hahahahha he lying dingy !...after all he is a manager you know.........even if he did do 140 skids he certainly did not take care of his own cardboard or shrinkwrap.............which invalidates his claim.....part of how much you can do in a shift also includes throwing away your trash................wow ....you folks and your dreamy bs.......
It’s not out of the question to clear 60-80 pallets for one person on a 10 hr shift.
50 a night used to be the expectation at our club per person on O/N
I figured he was full of himself. Its funny because all of the higher up prob. believe that crap.
Totally impossible unless he did a 16 hour day even that is questionable.
No just a cashier and just wondering. I did see where some night manager posted he cleared over 140 pallets in one night by himself, is this even possible.
Lol you come in and stock and work, it’s not the kinda party where you come in and sit on your a--, so if your one of the ones who comes in and walks around, stay at home not your kind of party.
I dunno, but I hope I am not invited! Lol
It's where you just drop all the partial pallets in steel and try and stock them. It's a good practice but the payroll is not there to just bring extra people in just for partial pallets. For the most part the overnight team trys to work those pallets when they can.
Someone must be new to the company.
