I must be blind, because I don't see any change so long as Randall is chairman. They don't have to do these voluntary offers now. It's pretty good that they are trying to minimize involuntary separations.

@ery is the best post I’ve seen. That’s the way to go! And just to comment on the T Mobile ‘trolls’ comment. They don’t need to post here nor any ohher company for that matter. ATT is on a downward spiral all of their own doing and the other carriers are taking advantage of the poor management and the worst leadership I have ever been subjected to. I’m not an ATT ‘lifer’ so I’ve had the opportunity to work for great companies with great leadership and management and this place is just a cluster!

@cmc...no I’ve posted a few times about seirchi g service. To retort your brain washed brain. I am an ex employee. Lmao, I’m not disgruntled, in fact, I had a pretty chill job. I just hated to see how my coworkers were treated. I also hated the Scientology like culture at AT&T, those dumbfuck videos with the 20/20 interviewer about the great future of T and the corporate lingo yada yada.
I left because I’ve been in this industry for a while. I rode Nortel to the bottom and I’ve seen the writing on the wall at T. I left, much f---ing happier and relieved to know there are other companies not ran by corporate sociopaths. And I’m not. T-Mobile paid troll. Truth is truth. The service is better and cheaper than your 50% discount. I tell everyone I meet when provider conversation comes up. Sh-- I should work for T-Mobile. I’ve managed convince a lot of people to switch. That’s the problem AT&T employees don’t realize what a sh--ty reputation this company has developed.
And the point of your post is? Of course it can change, no one is oblivious to that. You are most likely the same poster who posted a few days ago that it already has. And also most likely the same poster who has been costantly posting about switching service from T.
Which most likely means you are a disgruntled ex-employee (because obviously by your posting comments you do not have access to the network) or you are one of the paid T-Mobile trolls on here to promote discourse.
Oh and by the way, making replies to your post giving the illusion that it isn’t you is played out. The purpose of my post is to let you and the one or two others like you know that folks are on to you. Folks ( like me) are here for information related to the layoffs and to share information with our fellow employees not read post by non-employee trolls.
Write to your congressman/congresswoman to stop H1B and business transfer visas to work in US companies.
If these visas are stopped, then US citizens of all ages will have jobs in the USA.
