True statement that many are leaving to go to vendors.
I understand the pukes that run the company want to dump one groups crap on another group, but there has to be training for the group being dumped upon !

As wireline continues to decline (it will be a slow death) so will the number of employees supporting. There’s certainly an opportunity to combine but first I think you’ll see a “work share” thing where TFS will work in the IEFS load when their work is light. They can in most cases contractually work down in title. However the contract will likely need to be modified to combine the work groups of the company will have to eliminate one. When leadership leaves you’re more likely now to see workgroups combining than the company backfilling that position.

It would be nice to have materials and modems in stock again. Losing customers must in the master plan too. You heard huh? I heard the stock is in the sh--ter!?
I heard it was C&E and TFS combining, which means the end of construction. Another indication of why so many Execs have jumped ship to Vendors and why those Vendors are have been ramping up.
BUT, since my last day is the 30th, I just have to say good luck s---ers.

IEFS is the Prem Tech or Wire Tech department
what does IEFS consist of now? DEG and Special services type jobs?
