Heard about more layoffs coming to Follett next month. The person who gave me the info is not the most reliable source though, so I'm hoping somebody here knows if this is true or false.

Great! Can barely get the work done now....not looking forward to doing the work of four or five people, three is bad enough. Disgusting. I guess the beatings will continue till we all go crazy, drop dead or leave. Hey - maybe this is the whole idea! Yeah, replace even more seasoned staff with casual and part time help, who have little experience or incentive to go the distance. Good luck!

Interviewed a potential associate until they found out the pay, politely said no thank you.
ASM pays slightly over 10$ / hr INSULTING, also can't even get temps interested at the low wages.
I know it’s not ASMs. Stores were just restructured to INCLUDE asms. Check your facts.

ASMs typically do as much and more than managers at some locations. If our asm was layed off the store should just close. Manager if there doesn't do a thing!! 100% incompetent.

Wouldn't surprise me, and it's also one of the worst times to do it, just when stores are about to start Rush. I wonder if ASM's will be cut.
