Remember that millennials are the majority not the entirety of the workforce. Adjust your communication style to suit the generation you plan to speak with. For example, if you’re speaking to someone in an older generation, consider using more formal language and sentence structures A--hole
Millennial s belong on this site. They may not understand it all now, but unfortunately one day they will. We have to educate others. In general people, bank on leveraging the naive and unsuspecting. The more u educate and share , the less people they can prey on.

AT&T was American Telephone and Telegraph. A lot has changed and that is understood. The Telephone has been replaced with the cell phone, the Telegraph with the internet. Now all that T needs to do is replace the "American" part with H1B and foreign contractors. Only then will Rhandi's vision of a global company be fulfilled.
