Do us all a favor and please close the remaining call centers asap and move them HBA. The company is wasting millions of dollars keeping these centers open. Most reps would rather go HBA anyway.

Vendor centers have hba also. Alorica was the first.
HBA is not Alorica or any of the outsourced centers (although I have a huge suspicion that they will go that way in t he future). HBA is still VZW employed reps working from home.

No options, no advancement, grinding out calls until replaced.
lol @ 1qeg, as someone in tech support who has had supervisors of both genders, my female supervisors and ADs have been really micro manage-y. Never really noticed until now.
Only thing I don't like about HBA and why I didn't go that route is that they want to have someone in the company come to your house a couple of times a month to check on things like your workspace. Some people may be okay with that but I'm definitely not.
Never work, the female supes can't micro manage their reps if they're working from home.
