I’m in IHX and in a hub that is shutting down. We are a rural area where we are a little more spread out, some of our areas are non wired (no uverse or fiber internet).
I’m curious if I’m going to receive a severance, if others in IHX have received a severance? I know another market that is closing along with ours and I know of one other that has already closed.
Rumor is inx has going to hire more reps but in my area only sketchy rscs even get considered for the job and customers always complain about being lied to by ihx
GM board, this is @saw, I wrote the “let’s sum up the leaderboard” reply. It was late, i was tired and made fun of a bunch of you, i have to say nothing has changed since I re-read it this morning.
I said “where’s the beef.” If you’re gonna site plus or minus numbers (IXH up +17%/down -37%) then site where your information is from....an article from xyz magazine, someone’s stupid blog, breaking story from CNN, anything at all. Pulling random numbers out of your arse serves no purpose and displays your ignorance, and I’m tired of people like you playing us for fools....WHERE’S THE BEEF!
If you have solid info, site the source....enough of the junk.

Surplus notices for effected work group going out 9/15 for IHX
Total sales are up month over month and actually the best month in IHX’s short history. Sales per seller are down but that is because we have added about 500 sellers in the last 45 days who are still training. Quotas are based off headcount so some teams are temporarily down in sales attainment while their new experts get up to speed and selling on par with their peers.
Guys how could it be the worst month ever when the size of IHX has grown every month since it started? It isn’t true! I don’t know if it is up or down from last month but there is no way it is the worst month ever. And looking at how many job openings are out there for IHX, it doesn’t look like it is shrinking anytime soon. Will it last 2-3 years from now? Who knows but it is safe and makint a lot of money for now.
Actually sales are up 17% from last month and over 500% year over year from the 8/1/17 national IHX launch.

What are you all talking about? This is the best month ever sales wise nationally with the highest postpaid voice numbers yet. And there is no hiring freeze! We are hiring like crazy right now and expanding to new areas and even creating new director areas.
You guys are id--ts. IHX isn’t door to door. We have an authorized partner who goes door to door. The hiring freeze is true. The results are lacking so they’re trying to reduce headcount through natural attrition. If it doesn’t reach the levels needed, surplus.
Nationally sales are down so much that they are talking about sc-apping the whole thing!

These door to door guys are so outrageous and lie to customers and have no accountability! I am so sick of their messes. Can’t wait until they are fired!
Hahahahaha I knew they would fail so hard. Customers don’t want door to door slime balls in their house. Randy flopped on this one big time!
