We should be filing a class action lawsuit for leadership's negligence resulting in lost wages (layoffs) and lost share price value in our 401Ks. My husband is an attorney and thinks WF employees would have an excellent case.
Thanks Mr./Mrs./Ms. HR representative. Will be sure to pass along this great advice. It's like free money. Heck, we work for a bank. and all that money is just sitting there, waiting for someone to take it. Right?
This may sound trivial but WF is failing to file WARN notices in many states when they are downsizing. It’s a federal law thelaw just do his and my attorney says it can cost WF a lot of money if they fail to do. If you hear of a downsizing, double check your states WARN notices to see if WF has filed one. If not, then contact your attorney as you could win a judgement against WF (and negotiate more severance money to settle)
