Web exceptions that say fulfilled by other store run on register are the best when customer has no funds. Order was sent out unpaid by other store. No way to cancel or remove web exception. Great system!! No orders should reach the store unpayed , there has got to be a better system.
Still in ‘rush’ getting hit with soda orders from other stores wanting books on our shelves that are being used for our classes. Don’t care about ‘policies’ zero pick the ones I need for our students, especially used copies.
Web exceptions which cannot be re-processed/cancelled or otherwise cleared via normal procedures can be effectively hidden from the web exception screen. Requests to hide certain soda orders or soda orders from a certain date range for example can be logged with PSC who will forward the request to necessary development team to have them hidden. Please note this only for cases where the order cannot be canceled in soda and there is no desire to ever actually process it.
Yep, looked at it, said uh-huh & deleted it. It’s rush, short handed no one wants to work for minimum wage, cranking them out as fast as possible.
