Is anyone else being directed to overbook appointments. We are being told to schedule our installations regardless of how many are already scheduled. Problem is the technicians are not making the appointment windows and now I’m getting my orders canceled and losing commissions. I’ve had some customers try to reschedule 3 times because techs were over an hour late. This is just bad business.

Yup, everyday lots of jobs not getting picked up. Should’ve cross trained those dtv techs when you had the chance...oops. If sales would stop flipping dtv back to uverse it’d help to releive some. Waste of $$$$ and phucking insane having us go and rip out dtv and put glitch-verse back in...mo--ns.
Lots of guys leaving too doesn’t help and not hiring either. Every month headcount is getting fewer. You’d think the company would be motivated to stop the bleeding and keep you’re experienced workforce...ha. This place takes a shiitt show to new meanings I never knew existed. I’m kind of enjoying watching it all burn.
Am I greatlful having a job that somewhat pays a living wage?....sure. But daily 10s, 12s and 14s get old quick. Wouldn’t mind it as much if they weren’t trying to force missed giant AM installs late in the day. No thanks

Most of my day is spent getting chewed out by customers who waited all day for a tech who never came. So this is why????
How are you able to override the system in order to overbook? Interesting. Can you just not, and follow the next available due date and maybe keep your commissions?
The company doesn’t care about your commission. They care about the number of customers they connect. It’s better to connect 90% of 1,000 than 100% of 500. They shove more appointments in to a day and any flow over a majority will reschedule a few will cancel.
