The rumor is all managers without at least 20 subs are getting canned in the Southeast Region. Management is trying to circumvent this by having subs under them in areas 100 miles away. What a joke. ROTFLMAO

Fire them all I say. They have ruined a great company. I have been on the job 23 years and always focused on our customers. These clueless managers and IHX know it alls are ruining AT&T!

Been waiting a long time for this day. All the abuse and senseless beatdiwns from these clueless A$$holes. Don’t even know anything about the jobs we do. We lost many good people this last cut . Same thing is happening in the Midwest too. Managers are getting boned. Small garages are going to be closed and techs are going to be put on borderless routing. It’s going to end up being much more than 20 per manager.
donovan org is supposed to have avps/mgrs with at least 12 or more direct reports from various levels. if this is implemented =complete bloodbath, doesn't help there is any new work occurring for the reminder of the year
