There is not and will not be a hiring freeze in IHX on 9/1. In fact we are in yet another round of growth and we are adding new teams filled with experts, managers, and even adding a couple directors. We have a mandate to grow right now straight from the top because we don’t have enough experts to even get to half the jobs out there plus our teams will be used in a couple new projects coming at the end of this year and beginning of next year (such as a nationwide launch of same day white glove phone sales and setup from online.)
Yes there is a rush to hire before the freeze
Things in IHX are getting bad. Sales are down nationwide and the company cannot sustain this much longer.
