$600. Worst commission in 5 years I have been with the company. Used to be $3000 a month then $1500-2000. Now I’ll be lucky get $1000
First time in my Verizon career I won’t be getting a check. I was a top performer last year in my store. Leaving for a job where I will get paid on what I sell...period. Plus my salary. No having to sell a certain amount to get paid. At this point I only have 5 shifts left so I’m just punching in and out. No point in even trying to sell if I’m not getting paid on it and I’m leaving.
Ugh like for reals I work my a off for peanuts commission a ns the head market guy gets a secretary and a chief of staff aka two people doing the job of one person because apparently cutting 10 billion in costs will come from my commission without him having to wipe his own a or God forbid having no entertainment lined up on 'business trip'
