This company owes you nothing but a paycheck for your hours worked. The changes this company is making is not personal.... it is just a business decision. Quit your crying and act like adults. We all make a choice to work for this company. Your choice is to stay or go. If you hate the company... you have the choice to leave. Verizon is in business to make money. They are not in business just to supply you with a job. The wireless side could have gone union at anytime. But all of you drank way too much koolaid and now your freaking out. This company paid for my education, has great benefits and pay. I choose to stay as long as I can. If it ends tomorrow... it will not be the end of the world. I adulted and lived within my means. So stop your crying that the company is screwing you! It’s a great company and you simply screwed yourselves.

When your income cuts more than 20% in a month you have a right to b--ch. There is a reason that very few reps stick around after vesting. Almost everyone I know in retail is actively applying for different jobs. That said I'm fairly sure that is what the company wants.

Stop the whining. You should be happy you still are getting some commission. Before you keep complaining, go to an AT&T or Spring store and ask those reps what they’re being paid. We are pretty lucky to being paid as much as we are for what we do.
Come on now, don’t be a company loving a-- hate. Those inside and outside can easily see how screwed over the employees continuously get.
The company is still bringing in profits so what’s their excuse to screw over the frontline workers pay all whil continuing to dump bonuses and Sakarya increases to the CEOs and giving them nice golden parachutes. If the company was bleeding cash sure i get it its tough to justify and cuts need to be adjusted but that’s not the case. There’s no reason for Verizon to punish the very people that work for them by messing around with their pay. One of the big reasons i left VZW all those years ago was the fact i kept getting jerked around with my pay so i went elsewhere and oh look i work for a company that brings in profits and leaves my commission plan as is. I don’t have to worry month to month if i will have a paycheck and wonder if my company will decide to mess around my pay so i make less. No that’s BS and you know it
It is just business. So many better alternatives out there besides Verlieson. Both for employees and consumers.

Trust me when I tell you that market presidents, hr, and up read this stuff. I just wanna know which one you are? This post reeks of Verizon upper management. No need to stop by our stores and ask us what problems we are having when you already know it’s compensation.
Commission plans on the wireline side of the house change all the time. Products and services come and go, the targets change frequently, a product you were compensated for last month does not count this month, etc. Commission plan changes are not exclusive to the wireless side of the house.
If you hate the company so much... why are you still here??
Maybe the company will use the money that they save from not paying commissions to offer a SUPER EISP!!
