Sounds like Wells just had some layoffs that affected many people in mortgage.

Orlando fulfillment site will be closed in 60 days and all loans will be moved to NC. It’s a sad day for those who were employed as we are taking the brunt for the past mistakes WF made.
About 200 laid off in Rancho Cordova. Fulfillment site there is closing down. They are sending that business the Tempe, AZ.
600+ laid off in WFHM/WFHE nation wide. Including California and Florida
