Um, have you been around for the last few iPhone launches? 1 TO 2 people waiting in line, that is it. Sticking it to Verizon on that day will be no different than doing it any other day of the year. Retail is dead for cell phones, it is too saturated. I recommend to everyone, be proactive and get out of it now. There is a life outside of Verizon, a good one at that where you don't have to listen to customer's stupid questions all day long and be treated like a child from management. Verizon was a technology company at one time, the only new technology they introduced was 3 years ago and is a dumb piece of plastic you shove in your car and amounts to a heaping pile of steaming p--p. Oath and yahoo acquistions were phenomenal moves for the company, NOT! Wake up one day soon, tell yourself enough is enough, and don't go back to work there. You will be doing yourself the biggest favor you possibly can do!
