Same here. I’m out at the end of the month.
Its time to strike on a retail level
Paying reduced or no commission is just part of the greater plan to reduce headcount without implementing a RIF.
It is working quite well actually. Only those who can survive on their base salary, will possibly still be around to get the RIF offer if needed.
The plan is not to have to pay commissions did you not get the memo
