Verizons turnover rate is bout to skyrocket. At my store people have started looking and interviewing else where... Mind you these are employees who cared deeply about Verizon and the customers. But they cant afford to work at Verizon any longer. This is a all time low for Verizon.

I’m at 32% bucket and not showing a check. 32%! I missed 2 days due to illness but still. I should not be at 32% when I’m at 50% net quota. Still not generating a check. Store has been the deadest I’ve ever seen. Only people coming in are service issues. Yesterday I didn’t sell a box and today I mercifully did 3 upgrades and a CPE tab but I need to average $800 a day in the bucket to hit quota. I’m currently averaging $250. Thankfully I’m leaving at the end of the month. I saw the writing on the wall.
