Last month I made $2,126... so far this month I'm not even trending to make a paycheck (Same traffic/ same numbers from last month). I understand Verizon is trying to make more money but at what cost. Half of my district is leaving and college kids that could care less about this job are replacing them. Meanwhile Verizon posted company profit records and growth this year.

Yeah basically just shoot fornan1.0-1.2 max and then blow up the bucket. 1.0+ 300% bucket will still put you at windfall. Honestly in the current system phones are a massive liability past 1.0. Id trade them among your team for bucket.
You’ll still get a check if you knock out upgrades but it’ll be 0.9 or 1.0 max. It’s based on net quota not just phones. 100% you should be looking for other jobs but try to blow out your bucket while you’re stuck here. It’s easy if you check for TMP-MD on every transaction.
Unfortunately we knew that as soon as we received our quota communication. Our new phone quota is so high, nobody is pacing to even hit 90%. Of course it looks like we are according to the tracker since we usually have over 40% pull through.
Using the quota numbers from this month, last month most of us would have made $0.

They have always manned the stores with new college kids who don't really care and then eventually they move on when it is apparent there is no future in retail. The company likes to make the job look "hip" but in the end the job is no more than being a register jockey hawking wares. What's new about that?
