Cutting pay and Overtime will make employees less motivated/ productive. You cant cut someones pay and expect them to work harder for less.

OT has been shut down in NJ for the past couple of years. The only ot allowed is for cable failures and even then sometimes they will not allow it and send you back the next day on straight time.

Yeah the whole no overtime unless its preapproved is b---s--- by some director or above...
Basically if its 2pm I might as well wrap up for the day.
Don't worry we will come back tomorrow and finish. Another wasted trip and gas just to not pay the OT, looks great on one book but terrible idea. Less productivity per day. Guess its job security ::cough cough::

Techs will fight with techs. First and 2nd liners expect 4 hours per dispatch on lines that have been out of service for so long, the customers laugh in your face. Its a sham
