As a former (laid off) AT&T employee I have Digital Life. System Alert states the DLC battery needs to be replaced but according to customer service the battery is out of stock, won't be available until September. This sounds like a cover up but what is being covered up? The company does not have money to buy new batteries for the customers? Does anyone know the real story?

Digital Life is c-ap. I had it for 4 years. Ring os so much better and only $10 per month. DL is an ideal that arrived way too late, too expensive and already obsolete.
Can someone tell me when this was first posted? I have the same DLC Batt issue.
Another thing the T got its hands on and f---ed it up! That’s what they are good at turning something good to 💩
I just bought a case of Jiffy Chunky Peanut Butter, just to be on the safe side.
Negotiations are under way to sell in effort to get out of the smart home in the 84 US markets, obviously T is asking premium that may be too high, as they did with the direct IPO, blunder last year. Extending customers waiting times is a practice used by this company, to force many current subscribers to discontinue service
Dump that service, it's trash.
I don't pay Jiffy Chunky Peanut Butter a monthly fee for a service that isn't fully performed.
Umm Out-of-Stock means that they have run out, we don't make the batteries we buy them from another source. When you go to the supermarket and Jiffy Chunky Peanut Butter is out of stock do you assume that there will never be any more and Jiffy is going out of business?
Grow up and stop clutching at straws.
It is this and that and that and this in this monolith, some get what they need and others dont.Grow up !
Strangely enough, I just ordered one last night (7/7). No problem. Maybe I took the last one?
@rqa is right. I’d switch to another company. T isn’t supporting DL anymore or if they are it’s very minimal hence the equipment shortage.
DIGITAL LIFE IS history, the SCAM ended
