Went from making 90k 6 years ago to 70k 3 years ago, and now last year 55k, boy I wonder what this year brings...
All while quota and expectations RISE. 6 years ago my total line quota new/renew was 38 lines, now its almost 200! What a joke.

Anytime the company has changed the commission structure in the past they have made it seem easier at first to get the reps’ buy in. Then in a few months the truth sets in and the new system is not as wonderful as the higher ups said it would be. It will always get continuously harder to make money. That is just the way the business is. Less and less money for the reps and more for the company until commission is totally gone.
Wireless have to adapt to change. If you can't find another source of income.
Your bucket quota must not be high this month.. my store bucket quota is around 13000... that’s like 65 tablets 🤣🤣.. so if you hit it in 4 days don’t worry they will adjust it next month 🙃🙃
My bucket is 55% and I worked 4 days so far and I have 40% of my phones out. I think if you are motivated and adjust to the new commission you will be fine. I have been in this company for 5 years and adjusted every time they changed commission and still made 4-5k checks.
bucket is easy if youre not a dummy, if youre a box mover and relied on rev from that youre SOL better start using your head and stop being lazy, maybe the new structure is showing your worth, which is a clerk and not much
Keep bragging about your bucket, if you've worked here long enough, you know it will be double or triple what is currently is in 3 months. And it doesn't matter what the bucket is if you're not getting phones.
