WF Advisors Class Action Lawsuit Settlement for Wrongful Termination

A friend and former coworker who worked at Wells Fargo Advisors was recently awarded a settlement a few months ago as part of a class action lawsuit by former brokers who were fired for not participating in criminal fraud that was rampant within the division.

He and other employees were forced to sell high risk investments to customers so Wells Fargo could make money at the expense of their customers. He and others were blacklisted by WF who submitted a FINRA U5 termination document to other financial services companies to ruin their livelihoods and lives.

This person couldn't get a job and became very close to being homeless and relying on food stamps and other public aid and minimum wage jobs to survive for almost 9 years.

Tim Sloan, Mary Mack, and all present and former executives, middle management, and board members should be in a federal prison for the rest of their dying days.

NEVER CALL THE ETHICS OR WHISTLEBLOWER HOTLINE TAKE THE EVIDENCE TO THE FBI AND THE LARGE NEWSPAPERS. FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE. AN EYE FOR AN EYE. TOOTH FOR A TOOTH.

The worst mistake of my career was moving to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2009. It ruined my 18 year career in financial services. The working enviornment was miserable. No support for my clients, I couldn't get anything done. Then they started to standardize everything. By 2012 the writing was on the wall for me. It didn't end well.
