With INX failing to meet numbers will thay be encluded in the next round of layoffs? Will the Union do anythang to stop INX reps from taking Union jobs from RSCS?

The employees who took the IHX positions moved into a non bargained position. Unless it is labeled as a temporary position they will not be able to move back into a bargained position, unless they leave and are rehired after 6 months.
IHX is charge back trash. Go to lower income areas where ppl aren’t responsible enough to pay their bills. “Here, have a free iPhone X!” Have fun working over hours to meet or exceed your quotas.
Idk about your bum a-- areas but the entire state from where I’m from is over 100% attainment. One area is over 300% attainment. Be careful how you comment because IHX is wayyyyy more successful then you think.
Who cares?
Right now T is preparing for the massive layoff over the next 2-3 years and IHX doesn’t really take any jobs “away” from the union.
In addition IHX will be fine in 3-5 years.
The union is out for money, they don't care about anything else.
The 'Union' is doomed, you can tell by how desperate they are in press releases etc. Instead of making your jobs safer they are now making them less so.
