FLS2 here. Thank god for the new commission structure. You shady reps never deserved 80k+ to begin with. In fact you were all the inevitable death of Verizon, and the reason why honest hard working reps were always frowned upon by leadership as well as the ‘top reps’ aka ‘slammers’ for doing the right thing! Now that the well has run dry, it’s time to run away as fast as you can so that you can pay for your overpriced car leases! I have consistently made between 60k-65k as a rep and have always been amongst the top 10 reps in my district even if I was #9 or #10. There have been times I’ve been target for not slamming incrementals like others by shady leadership through coaching and commitments. Now that most of you “top teps” are all whiny about the new commission structure it’s time to realize your real worth. I never even expected to make over 50k at Verizon without a college degree. The mere fact that I did was a blessing in disguise, and you should all see that too.

No such thing as a shady rep?
That’s horsecrap. If you’re with holding information or twisting information to stuff products on customers you’re being shady. Sell with integrity be open and upfront with customers, they appreciate honesty and will continue to do business with those that take care of them.

Handle the change?
Does it not bother you that they keep expecting more from you only to be paid less and less each time?
Why should it be you that "handles the change" and not the higher ups. You think the CEO and his cronies are having their pay affected? Not a chance in hell. The company is still bringing in profit and you have these idiots who sit around a table and get paid to figure out how to screw over frontline workers from their com pay and you think its the workers who need to handle the change.

What is this guy smoking? They have to follow a formula to set commission. New structure is a slammers paradise. You dont even get chargebacks on your slamming. People that wouldnt touch a hum wih a ten foot pole before are slinging them out the door. Half the stores in my district at at 150% tmp. You are delusional.
Also slammers are the ones that keep the door open so you can feel good about yourself making mediocre money. I hope you respect for people that dont respect your time or your job pays your bills. Verizon sales reps get zero respect. People think we are all in one tech support. Hell, people even ask with support on their phone games.

Yea but for very minimal gain compared to days past. Wake up and smell the coffee fools, It’s not as incentivized as before when you got paid for each line that would retire new sales quota. Now they can set the sales bucket at $15,000 if they wanted next month. Shady reps won’t be able to make as much as before slamming but Verizon will. :-)
There’s no chargebacks and TMP is key slamming will be at an all time high.
