Surplus declaration is almost here, and we Don't have a contract ?

If you’re in a small U-verse market look for it to be shut down within 1-2 years. They really aren’t hiring perm techs in any region.
Whether we have a contract or not , or whether surplus deciaration is here or not it does not matter. When I hired in 3 years ago my garage had about 110 prem techs. We were not affect d by the tech surplus and we are down below 60 prem techs now. They are thinning us out however they can.
