TFS SW has now scheduled training for level 1,2 &3 management on the proper process for removing employees from company systems.

Not fake news. My exit process was botched, they missed deadlines, really dropped the ball.
The managers are having to do all the paperwork (including EPCR) for employees leaving. HR is only there to answer questions.
I saw the email for training too. Definitely not fake news.

Nice troll. People have been retiring for years and exit interviews are nothing new. There is no "training" scheduled. I suspect the OP is about to get popped and rightfully so. The only loss to be had will be the loss of entertainment by watching dumb a-- questions from the peanut gallery during town hall web casts.
