I want some feedback from Top reps that underwent the trial. I keep hearing mixed things about it. Some people say they made more some people less. I wanna know what the real top reps think. I dont care about “ethics” or the koolaid. We do what we need to do. We all do the job we were hired to do. The lord know those hums wont sell on their amazing value. Ive heard the basic from my GM and the new system seems highly exploitable if you know how to ahift your focuses. What do the people that were making north of 3500+ think about it? I was scared but when i hear the details all i could think was of how much tmp was gonna roll out and how i would probably bother to sell sh--ty tablets again.

the rank and file makes $900 com checks. I'm talking about people that are not afraid to game the system. People that make $3500+ right now. We all know people making good money ignore all training and corporate koolaid and do what has to be done. I strongly believe these people should be able to keep gaming the system just fine. And if all fails just slam the sh-- out of everything that is what the company wants anyways... Cant remember last time a slammer got fired lol. Short of stealing or being politically incorrect in the open, is pretty much impossible to get fired in this company.
Here, we go again,the rank and file beginning to say it's the best thing ever and how great it iis. Even before the introduction. I don't think with the volume in the stores ,how can it be successful.
I understand the mechanics. I don’t understand how can it be hard. I already do about 150% new on average and most of that is phones. My pullthrough is only about 12% (on purpose). I understand that getting to 90% new on phones alone can be a bit tricky but once you break that, its the same old story of pumping out upgrades. It just seem that selling tmp might be worth the effort. If you take out all pullthrough items from my last 3 month ids still land about 110% new. As for the bucket i do at the very least 2 TMD conversions daily. $1000 bucket a day seems pretty attainable.
They never make a new comp plan for you to make more money. It's always how to make it harder for you to make money
the new comp plan is garbage and many sales reps will leave
Pull through and TMP is where you make your money. Anytime you can upgrade a tab or jetpack, do it. The phone multiplier is tough to attain anything higher than a 1.2. Your sales dollars multiplier is how you make your check.
