what happened in 41?

After nearly 15 years and multiple management changes I have concluded that the worst hires are the ones who tell you and your colleagues you don't know what you're doing. Luckily, the savior has been hired and it's about to get better.
The savior person is connected, or a hatchet person who has been hired to dismantle the organization (as small as a store or region). They llikely have no direct, relevent experience. I came to call this dance, prelude to abuse.

Just curious, how many store mangers fell like they are actually being developed to be promoted? Better yet, those who work for group 2?
Oh boy, experience in education-in charge of school buses at CPS. Retail experience- at GameStop, wasn’t that video games? Now out of business? Oh boy, should be interesting. They seriously could not get anyone with real experience?

Looks like it based on the announcement. It’s amazing all the managers we have and they would rather hire someone from the outside than promote from within.
And the rm for 41 is from outside the textbook industry? Any info on this?
Posts keep getting deleted but according to this site there was a demotion, affair, and s-xual harassment before all the 41 posts were removed. Looked like multiple people involved in each thing. Hard to tell
