I was reading some interesting financial/ business journal articles that were talking about this especially after our purchase of both internet GIANTS, AOL and Yahoo (OATH). OATH is really starting to take off in different parts of the country. It's just a matter of time before Verizon becomes number 1 and overthrows both Apple and Amazon. Stay tuned.

Right, you never hear of any other company ever selling assets and leasing them back because there's obviously not financial advantage in doing so.
