Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

WF HR BIGGEST CULPRITS OF EMPLOYEE MISCONDUCT

The fraud and internal investigations unit only targets the low level employees, but never investigate the executives. Keep in mind they report under the CFO John Shrewsberry responsible for corporate security and fraud investigations. That's why no executives gets fired.

Therefore, all corporate security functions must report externally to a trusted source such as the FBI and therefore, any misconduct can be investigated without interference by any WF personnel including HR who are the biggest violators of employee misconduct.

Tim Sloan, Pat Callahan, and now Hope Hardison were all senior executives responsible for HR at one time or another and nothing happened to them. Why?

Breakup HR and Corporate Security and have those functions monitored by outside council such as the FBI. An entity that has no reporting relationship to the board of directors or executives and used to enforcement employee behavior.
