Prem techs should not help IHX in any way. They will eventually take over your jobs making it easier for the company to move work into over the top streaming set ups. Tell customers that ihx reps are just there to sell them on things they dont need and make it hard for them swindle them.

Stop being afraid. They don't own or control you. Fear isn't a motivation to work. If you are too afraid to stand up and speak when you witness impropriety, you are an enabler. You are supporting the behavior.
Yes, they probably told you after 18 months you could apply for other positions, same scam they run on everyone. Guess what? Those positions don't exist. You will be used for as long as they need you. Then fired

Wow, what a douche. He will probabaly be surplused the next time they reduce ARSM headcount. IHX is a management position. Some folks are moving into this role to gain that experience. Thats how att operates they pit contractiors vs permanent . Union vs management. 4th line vs 2nd line. Old vs young. Off shore vs on shore. In the end the prem fechs will be flushed down the toilet like a disposable tampon in favor of ihx - thats their reward for doing their job. Meanwhile some ihx idiot will just say "well he was old so he had to go". Good luck to the idiot from ihx after that your shelf life will be from 3 to 5 years tops while you work day and night sacrifing your family life only for it to happen to you next .

this sounds like the model they have been using in i.t. has been using in order to off shore jobs with accenture and amdocs. they are definately not your friends - it is a slaughterhouse. be careful. just a pack of lies from this company and upper management.

Not sure why IHX gets so much hate but to make you guys happy, they are getting shafted in commission. A lot of them have left ihx and gone to cor because they aren’t making any money. IHX was making a lot more before so right now the only perk they have is a free car and schedule. Even that isn’t that great.
