So, everyone's complaining about AT&T paying Michael Cohen $600,000. However, no one investigates and makes public the amount of money produced by slamming. So, if 10% of the 100,000,000 current numbers are slammed with MPP, which is probably a low amount, that is $30,000,000 in profit. That being if it's on an account for 1 month. Let's be honest, if anyone knew what MPP was, they wouldn't add it to their account. And that's just 1 of the almost limitless amount of scams AT&T condones. Just billions upon billions generated out of fraud. So in the scheme of things, Cohen is a bargain.

The Cohen debacle is just the tip.
My opinion is that this was business as usual.
Step 1: Cohen establishes org to accept payments.
Step 2: Contact companies and tout access to POTUS.
Step 3: Get paid
Companies see Cohen as their in.
Like usual, companies think they can buy a politician.
Beans are spilled.
"Oh no, what a mistake. Never should have happened. We are sorry. Never happen again."
I think the T was caught with thier hand in the cookie jar trying to influence the system with money.

They set up foundations through lawyers to accept funds they cannot legally accept otherwise. In fact, the T has dontated to the Cf while lobbying the state department at the same time.

I dare you to go to any Telecom or Network job and apply today. What experience do you really have with VoIp, SIP, or IT Networks. Do you have any outside certificatios like CCNA or even simple A+. AT&T will not offer you training that is important outside the company. If you have some time left with the company and still want to work, you had better take some of that $36 per hour and good overtime to find out what you need to learn and go get certified so that you can find another job with good pay. I speak from experience. I was surplused 2 times. 10 years service to the beast. You better be prepared if your going to come out here and compete with me now. Word to the wise: Prepare!
It is blatant corruption regardless of how common or technically legal it might be.
