@clj I am no longer in the retail side I moved about a year ago. A lot of my people use to see it as everything is being taken away but it just has to change with the business and how retail is changing. It happens in my channel too and when I talk to others at other companies it happens to them too. You’re not stuck. You can go to a different channel or a different job. That is on you. Only you know what is best and if you choose to stay waiting for change rather than being the change then so be it. Retail is a struggling environment period and with growth and acquisition as a company we have to look to make sure we are running efficiently. I think certain things could have been handled better the last week and I am not sure of the reasoning but at the end of the day it’s a business.

@clj - I'm sure it can be a wonderful opportunity. But coming from this environment where things have slowly been taken away from us, one of the things that has escaped me is the ability to feel great about myself and the work I do. I am no longer confident in my abilities. I equate it to being in an abusive relationship - you stick around because you know that person is going to change - it just never happens.
