In a town hall today with head of Ops, Retail, Hr, and B2B for my area. Retail mentioned looking at internal job postings and “your resume” for both internal and external reasons. OPS just mentioned “evolution of the company” and how the company is changing to meet the markets needs. This was printed off of someone asking “what is the roadmap of retail transformation”

These people don’t know what a resume looks like. I saw a GM resume and that sh-- looked like a 3rd grader did it. Progressing at this company is only about who you know and what agenda is being pushed. The End!
