Since when did AT&T care about a persons stress and anxiety? It is rampant in most ATTR stores- for every 1 employee, 3 more want out. No one wants to be there. What does that tell you?

And sorry to discredit your post- the LAST SSR LAYOFF WAS 2013. AND IT WAS MAJOR. And what about the RAEs in 2016 or ASMs in 2017? I guess they are management & don’t require a “we care” attitude.

AT&T/Cingular has historically laid off SSRs 3 times since the merger IN THEIR BEST INTEREST TO DO SO and they won’t mind doing it again.

SSR layoff is not planned for 2018, looking at 2022 target

While layoffs will eventually happen to any title, we try and keep layoffs to a minimum in a work group to not create stress and anxiety. SSR title saw a workforce adjustment in 2014, it would not be in our best interest to have one so soon.

SSRs aren’t going anywhere.

All I want to know is when the SSRs are getting THE CALL. AT&T believe or not you are not the center of my Universe anymore- you lost that right with your ridiculous rules & points. I am taking my life back back and MORE FOOL YOU. Your lost is someone else’s gain. Look at God! Won’t he do it.

Apply for one of the never ending list of jobs, see how many are recycled or wiht your great credentials how many you are interviewed for

Management trolls are here, keeping the distractions coming. IF you were on the meeting then you know the facts. Headcount pause, hiring freeze, readying for surplus, opportunity , future endeavors call it anything, people will lose jobs.

In our market it was called a “brief hiring pause” to assess headcount.

Exactly where was this communicated? Was it a rumor that was passed along, a conference call you attended, an email sent out, etc... Why hasn't everybody heard of this? Please show us the proof.

Most ssr will move to rsc
