I over heard our managers talking a few days ago. Our district manager was asking for coachings on the bottom 10% of sales reps. With all the rumors, it makes sense.

Once you coach out the bottom 10% then what? O wait,looks like there is a new bottom 10%, it will never end.

Lol or maybe they are just a smart DM that wants to take their own action on ppl who don't preform? Why on Earth should we ever think of excessively coaching the bottom 10% as an abnormal thing?
You can't even spell bottom....
District Manager was in GMs office on Monday afternoon, the door always will be closed , but Solutions Manager told me it was locked , that never happens.
