This will never happen. The sad thing is that AT&T chose to do this at all. Bargained employees could have been used in a bargained capacity but for whatever reason, T chose not to. This choice was by design and anyone who believes that it was done to improve and protect current IHX employees... Well... You know... Drinking that Kool-aid Man!

Who comes up with these crazy fake ideas and scenarios? IHX will not be part of CWA, it is management. Having CWA would provide no benefit to the organization. Currently being heavily discussed to take frontline ISCs from 1A to 1B.
