why can't a gm cover more than 1 store? They can. Take care!
Also, Commissions can change whenever; there are no rules.

Memories get in you time machine for the good times.
We used to run these stores with one manager and 4 keyholders, that's it. It was so much better, we had no smoking, no inventory people, none of that, just csrs and sales, and we made more money.
This wouldn't happen with a union.
