We haven’t heard anything because we are not important enough to anybody in the company to even rate a thread as long as most of these b---s--- commentaries. WHY? Same thing I’ve been told through 3 force reductions- we don’t actually make the company any 💰Oh your manager will say “no, no” only because they don’t/ won’t/ can’t deal with things they know NOTHING about. They should have been paying attention for a long time now.
Get them going on IHX going to UNION, now that creates some noise. Surplus thousands & nothing.
By the way guys if nothing was received- you would have nothing to sell to make those precious 💰

Lol if you think force adjustment are needed that’s cute... IMHO rscs are the ones needing force adjustments... half the time they are just wasting time waiting for customers the other half is them crying about their commission. I wish ssr had the pleasure of just standing there doing nothing all day at least in my area, they will def find something for us to do like stock accessories, clean up the break room, get delegated management tasks etc.. But sure do a force adjustment so these lazy a-- reps and managers can finally see what the hell we go through..

The only thing FAKE is someone who knows nothing about what is going on. IMHO a SSRs Force Adjustment is necessary, vital and WAY overdue.
Now if AT&T would just get on with it.
