I fully expect, at some point for the ISS position to be fazed out as the reps in stores continue to become more comfortable with SMB. Then you have reps selling in stores and BAM’s for the outside. Just not sure if the 17th is a realistic time for the role to be eliminated.

An ISS is the business rep that supports 2-3 stores in a district. They call themselves R2B reps, Small Business Reps, ISS, or whatever, but they are just business reps in the stores. They are still in Atlanta and all over the Southeast Market.
I fully expect stores to be PHASED out.
