Nothing un ethical, nothing non regulatory just stupid spending.
Nothing wrong with paying for information, or some connection to the top. Hell NRA has tys into every spot in administration and legislature. What AT&T and Novaritis did doesn't hold candle to whats happening all the time in government operations.

Trump needs to step in and make the board fire randy. This has gone on long enuogh. He need to make it clear you cant try to bribe him and get away with it. If the board refuse he should break up at&t again like thay did in the 80s
