The west has been told to leave cell sites off air at night and on Sundays to save overtime and Sunday pay. How will local First Responders like this....?

I must assume this coverage is consistent with their service contract.
Nothing new. Been done before. Just no dispatach on single site outage after 10 and on Sunday. Most customers won't notice single site outage.
