When they change the commission structure they always make it easy for the first two months to make everyone at ease and then from the third month on it gets really hard. Just think it's July now August will be cake September will be back to school so they will raise it and then the holidays are coming time for slam slam slam

Terrible. Decreasing my check by $2000
New comp plan would put me at between 1.0-1.2 rather than 1.4-1.6 and my sales bucket would go from 110%-120% on average to 80-90%... I did the math. So I stand to make 7-10k less this year.
We actually got lucky in our store. New quota came in to be half of what was expected.
I am confident you will get less money since the only job you will be qualified for is Walmart greeter.
