Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

ATO will continue to be downsized

ATO will continue to be downsized - any work will go offshore. Its through attrition, keep making offers, keep surplussing - any hires are cheap grads, and offshore/outsource the rest. C Level can smugly sit back and boast how they cut so many costs. Saved so many dollars. Cut so many headcount through automation. They have to Revenues are falling. And someone forgot to let the engineers be engineers, coders, be coders, come up with something innovative. The innovation has been lost to cut an paste. Rinse repeat, follow this rabbit hole. IF your not creating and only buying your ideas, your methodologies, metrics someone else deemed important, not setting the standard, but accepting. what do you expect. It will be drained of all value and only be button pushers and outsourced talent.¸
