It's time to revamp and reboot our asset innovation. This is no time to go with some millennial organizational matrix approach. The solution can only be balanced relative resources, rather than some hair-brained contemporary reimagining of our homogenized administrative projections.

It’s robbery, plain and simple, at least at my store. 26 phone activations is prettt unattainable for at least half of the representatives at my store. Bucket isn’t as intimidating as I thought it would be, but it’s meaningless to fill it if you can’t hit your activations.
You're outta your mind, conversionary TBL's. You'd have to deep dive the entire ABL in order to even turn a sell, and that's only if it was upgraded via FRG which, friend, you know as well as I do ain't likely. North Haverbrook tried it expecting a homer, but it was a total washout.
DRB's can be tough. CDM's, a definite maybe. Conversionary TBL's, obviously alongside, and in conjunction with, matching DLr's, after dropdown, would be necessary to maintain BD's, but that's doable, at least in my area, Brockway.

A comp plan that does NOT give you credit for adding a NEW LINE. With an ACTIVATION FEE. And a PHONE NUMBER is robbery.
Every Number should count towards your quota.

The numbers didn’t load for our district yet. But seriously, it shouldn’t be that much different than before. I was 200% to quota last month and 85% of that were phones. Bucket should be easy to attain by exploiting tmp conversions.
Seems like anything higher than a 1.2 is going to be really tough. Some of my past months I didn’t get enough phone adds to get a check with this new system. I know a lot of people looking for a new job.
