I found the article useful. It was not meant to be a solicitation. It is not totally relevant to a voluntary severance however it might help some folks understand some of the legalease that is in the MVO, and the severance policy.

In .CA voluntary resignation, and regular layoffs, causes unemplyment compensation to cease, when severance package is received, great news for corporations like AT&T
