IHX is a massive failure!
In my area, IHX reps are being investigated for fraudulent lines. 75% of lines sold with no usage. What a great idea to send reps into inner cities!! People there always have a great track record of being financially responsible!
Looks like the announcement was today, just shifting % from one bucket to another.
IHX takes food off the table of union workers. Thay are scabs and we must fight against thim in any way possible! Thay are human garbage!

Why is IHX the one group of employees around here that everyone dumps on? I am an RSC and have many friends in IHX. I don’t want them to lose their jobs but many here act like they would be happy for them to get laid off. Isn’t that the opposite of what this whole site is about?
So are 20-25% of employees in 2-3 years and f you keep focusing your hate on IHX Att you will put yourself in a though position when layoffs begin.

Yeah and there are store reps that do the same thing. Stop fighting with entry to mid tier employees. Thing big picture the problem is ATT.

Seriously IHX is not a disaster they are getting gross ads. The channel will be gone in a few years anyways.
