Just like last time before layoffs were announced, high level execs are selling large amounts of stock. Has anyone heard anything, or is this place making me as crazy and paranoid as I feared it would?

I think there will be more layoffs if PCS is not successful and we are not able to move members to monitored and get new members on our rosters. Personally, I think the plans need to have better benefits. The copays are ridiculous and our competitors offer better plans.
I don’t think there’s going to be layoffs, I think this is the work load and it is what it is, and they will need us in place as they transition to more in home with the kindred deal
I vote layoffs imminent. We were told by the first of September all members should either monitored or in PCS to get to monitored.
Wrong. No layoffs and we will continue to expand the profitable departments.
With the push put on us, I can only think that another BIG layoff of HCMs will happen before Christmas.
Previous poster, you do realize that last Friday Humana stock was at its highest price per share in the history of the company right? If I had a bunch of stock I'd be selling it too. Get a grip.
If execs are selling stock, well, guess what, big rats are leaving the sinking ship. That is a huge red flag to get out fast-- seriously... get out!
