Let Viacom buy CBS, then Verizon can come in and buy the combined entity. Then, let Hans RIF Les and Redstone.

Why should VZ buy Viacom? Just cause T bought TW? Redstone and Les has hundreds of millions and don't need a job anyway.
VZ does not do anything good except being a telecom provider. They failed at media, data centers, go90. Legacy T workers are getting RIF'd cause T overpaid for TW and obsolete DirecTV. DirecTV Now is a money losing business.
You must not know your telecom history very well. NYNEX owner an interest in Viacom, it was a bust.
